About

Come as You Are

If you’re going to come to therapy, you might as well come as you are. At Bit by Bit Marriage and Family Therapy, I encourage you to bring all your bits and pieces, failure and success, the secret corners of hope, a cave deep with regret. Maybe you just need someone to listen without judgment and bare witness to the season you are in, the relationship that is breaking apart, the future you fear will happen. I am a willing listener and I’m here to offer a compassionate and confidential space where you can explore your self and hopefully think, cope and feel a little bit better. I specialize in helping individuals navigate everyday issues like anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges and trauma. My approach is collaborative and client centered, integrating evidence-based techniques with a deep respect for your personal journey. Together, we will create a supportive environment where you can build resilience and discover which path is best for you to walk. If this sounds like the kind of thing that will help, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation. I look forward to getting to know you and where you want to go.
